On May Bank Holiday Monday Worthing Community Chest went to  St. Michaels Church to meet High Salvington Short Mat Bowls Club.

Grants Administrator Inga Lielgalve along with Trustees Tom and Malcolm went along to present a a cheque for £864 which the group was awarded  to replace one of their mats. The previous mat was over 15 years old and was proving difficult for the members to use.

Inga and Malcolm had the opportunity of using the mat with some bowling practice, Inga was a natural bowler and was invited to join!
