On Tuesday 26th September, trustees Fred Weller and Cllr. Tom Wye met Susan Belton, chair of The Worthing Society, in the vestibule to the lecture theatre in the basement of Worthing Library. Also attending were the Mayor and Mayoress who were there to help celebrate the Society’s 37th anniversary. Tom and Fred were representing Worthing Community Chest who had awarded the Society a grant of £758.97.
