Over the academic year, they worked with more than 18 schools, supporting children, teachers, and school leaders.

Feeback received from schools says sessions make a difference. Behaviour improves, attendance gets better, and children are more settled and able to manage their emotions and friendships.

Teachers report that children are calmer, more confident, and more open about how they’re feeling, which makes a difference to their learning and the atmosphere in school.

The group say this is about giving children the emotional tools to cope with life — not just school — and helping schools create environments where focus on wellbeing becomes part of everyday life, not an add-on.
