Worthing Festival – celebrating culture in our community
The 2024 Worthing Festival is a two-week celebration of arts and culture in Worthing: music, theatre, dance, heritage, art, comedy, film and more. The launch event went with a bang as Worthing-based samba band Drumheads turned heads and stopped traffic outside iconic Worthing heritage building, The Venue.
Art at Highdown Gardens
One of the exciting projects we funded last year converted the Visitors’ Centre at Highdown Gardens into a flexible gallery space where local artists can exhibit their work. This extends the use of the wonderful visitors’ centre and provides much-needed additional gallery capacity for Worthing.
